The dinner was presented to the media on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 during a press conference. The press was able to observe the preparation, by Matteo Monti, chef of the restaurant in Milan “Rebelot”, and Misha Sukyas, of some of the recipes to be served at the dinner. Italian traditional dishes, prepared specifically for dysphagia patients, in line with the theme of “Aggiungi Un Posto A Tavola”.
The “Casello Daziaro“, a renovated historical tollbooth belonging to the monumental complex of the Arco della Pace, in Piazza Sempione in Milan, was the evocative setting for the tasting.
