From March 3 to 5, 2018, we organized the partecipation of the project Aggiungi un posto a tavola for NeMO Clinical Center at the Identità Golose Congress, one of the most internationally important food events in Milan for the world of food and cuisine. A stand was set up for the project “Aggiungi Un Posto A Tavola”.
The title and theme of the 2018 edition “The Human Factor“, focused on the banquet; that is, the table as a meeting point for convivial social exchange. The signature dish was pizza, interpreted by two renowned pizza makers: La Scarpetta by Franco Pepe and Aria di Pane by Renato Bosco. The main sponsors and participating companies contributed to the success of Identità, has been the springboard for every subsequent event that will take place in London, San Marino, Shanghai and New York.
In line with the focus of the 2018 congress, Chef Misha Sukyas (star of Foodnetwork TV), dedicating his time and role as ambassador for NeMO, prepared and presented “pizza for dysphagia patients” for a taste test. Over 300 portions of pizza were distributed to the participants in the Congress.
A strong partnership and a unique presentation format were the result of this occasion.
